Recruitment, talent acquisition, engagement, training and workforce planning
Predictive analytics and AI-based decision-making in modern HR
Bias, fairness, privacy, data security and responsible AI adoption
Emerging trends and how generative AI is shaping the future of work
Two modules that start at what generative AI actually is, then work through where it already touches the HR function - and what has to be true for it to be used responsibly.
Generative AI in HR - Impact and Application of Gen AI is a beginner course for HR professionals, managers and learners who are new to AI. It opens with generative AI fundamentals and the evolution of AI in HR, then moves through the benefits it brings to the function and the places it is already being applied - recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and AI-driven training and development.
The second module deals with the harder half. Ethical AI, bias and fairness in AI-driven HR decisions, privacy and data security in HR AI tools, and what responsible, sustainable AI adoption asks of an HR team. It closes on predictive analytics, AI-based decision-making, emerging trends and the future of work.
No programming experience is required, and nothing needs to be installed. The course is 17 short video lessons with 6 readings and 5 assignments, running about five hours end to end - fully self-paced, with a shareable certificate on completion.
This is an awareness and application course rather than a tooling course - what you leave with is the ability to judge where generative AI fits in an HR function, and where it needs guardrails.
