06 Career impact

Every Agile team has one question: who here can make Scrum actually work?

These are the roles that rely on exactly this skill set.

Product Owner

Owning the backlog, setting Sprint goals and keeping stakeholders aligned on what gets built next.

Agile Project Manager

Bringing Agile delivery to projects with real constraints: team capacity, velocity and deadlines.

Agile Coach

Guiding several teams through adoption, and sustaining Agile practices once the initial push is over.

Release Train Engineer

Coordinating many Scrum teams under SAFe, where Scrum of Scrums and dependency management matter most.

Delivery Manager

Tracking sprint performance with velocity and burndown, and reporting outcomes to leadership.
