Identifying new business opportunities in the sports and fitness industry in India for Edusports Pvt. Ltd.
Completion Date : Jan 2016
A comprehensive study of the fitness and sports sector in India was undertaken. Both primary and secondary sources were analyzed and gaps were found where a new business opportunity could possibly exist. A comprehensive guesstimate was also performed to analyze the financials of a multi-sports facility.
Recommendations were presented to the CEO of SV Edusports Pvt. Ltd. and were received well. I was also offered a full time role with Edusports based on my performance in this project.
