Aditya is a strategy professional currently working with Nomura Global Wholesale Strategy team. He is regularly involved in global projects around identification of new opportunities, new market entry, new business propositions, digitalization of existing business etc. along with helping the overall team generate timely updates and presentations for the senior executive members of the organization.
He has previously worked with strategy arm of DBS Bank India's franchise, supporting various projects like business expansion and monitoring under the new WOS regulations for DBS in India, digital ecosystems in SME and Retail banking by working and integrating with other service partners. He was an integral part of the strategy build for DBS post the in-principal approval of WOS license with a focus on building a 5 year plan for Priority Sector Lending to be adopted by DBS Bank Ltd post conversion to a WOS entity in India and comply with the regulations of RBI. Other projects executed in DBS include automation of limit assessment process for the Analytics based lending product for SME customers of DBS and setting up a virtual relationship management desk for select digibank customers.
Aditya has worked in the data sciences field with Fractal Analytics where he was majorly focused around working on executing and implementing projects in the area of predictive analytics and reporting enabled solutions for fortune 500 financial services companies.
