As part of the evaluation of this management decision problem, following research was carried out.
1. To understand the customers of Bira
2. To understand the consumer behaviour
3. To assess the brand awareness and perception about Bira
4. Evaluate marketing mix and new initiatives to understand how to increase the market share
Molex Adsorbent and ACI Replacement Project 2016
Completion Date : Nov 2015
Conducted Critical Economic Analysis of the Project, Planning and Implementation of the Project. Conducted Training and Workshops for Plant engineers spread across 6 phases. Developed minute-wise schedule and workflows for the successful implementation of the project. Took individual charge during project implementation stages conducting supervision and inspection of critical equipments.
Techno-economic feasibility evaluation and business plan to produce 1000 TPA of Isoborneol
