An experienced Supply Chain professional and currently leading supply chain function for Middle East at Marico, Dhruv Graduated from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research with a PGDM in Operations Management.
Prior to this he has worked for around 45 months with ITC as supply chain/ logistics specialist where he was responsible for network planning, deciding inventory norms, delivering good fill rate and system improvement in distribution planning. Prior to ITC he worked for around 36 months with 3M India Ltd. as an inventory planner and has led a team of 3 production planner. He has worked at Caterpillar for 32 months across different departments prior to his MBA. He was part of Caterpillar's prestigious LTDP(Leadership and Technical Development program)-Manufacturing Track.His Job role at Caterpillar Included Shop floor Supervision,Machining Process Engineer and Fabrication Process Engineer.
He is highly interested in Six Sigma and Lean tools and is a Caterpillar Production System certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
On the personal side He loves reading Novels and passionate about Horse Riding
