I have overall 20+ years of experience across technology / data / digital strategy, architecture and implementation across several organizations including BCG, IBM, Accenture, Infosys, etc. I have also played the role of a CTO / CDO of a financial services company where I managed the overall technology budget, drove digital, ecosystem partnerships and public cloud initiatives.
Some of the key initiatives that I have been part of / led include:
•Zero to one conceptualization and setup of new digital businesses
•Driving large scale post-merger integration exercises to ensure value creation and smooth Day 1
•Architecting and enabling large scale digital public infrastructure
•Architecting and implementing smooth, performant, feature-rich customer facing digital channels to significantly enhance customer engagement
•Defining and implementing data platforms at scale to drive impact through analytics and data services
•Using Agile@scale to drive large scale transformation exercises
I have spoken at several public events organized by bodies such as AIMA, Gartner, CeBIT, CII, Assocham and also at events organized by IBM.
I am fascinated by the potential of digital / data and the transformation that these are driving in our daily lives. I look forward to exploring such digital / data led innovations to innovate / solve problems and through that drive value creation.
