I have over 15 years of experience working in product management and development. Currently, I work as the Head of Consumer Experience (CX) and Growth Hacking charter at ZEE5, where I lead a cross-functional team of 16, building features that are helping business stakeholders achieve their business goals. I am dedicated to improving product processes, encouraging teamwork, and using effective product management practices. With a focus on practical solutions, I strive to enhance productivity and drive successful outcomes in product development.
Previously, I worked as the Product Lead for ShemarooMe at Shemaroo Entertainment. I built a video streaming platform from scratch and grew the business by forming strategic partnerships with telecom operators and ISPs. I set up the marketing automation systems, monetization platform, data analytics infrastructure, and content transcoding pipelines. I evaluated and onboarded essential partners and platforms, including cloud infrastructure providers, to ensure scalable and reliable service. I collaborated with design agencies to improve our user experience and implemented analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous product improvement.
I like teaching product management and have been an adjunct faculty at Upgrad. I have been a mentor to students seeking guidance in product management as a career.
