When the world was looking towards engineers, I found myself not capable of being one, then when the world started building products, I had no money, when I had some money,I was short of ideas. Then after a long struggle, when I came across opportunities, I lost that love for money! I wanted something better and something which I can keep bettering. So after 17 years of different jobs, assignments, failures,(Mostly I failed by the way) successes, I decided to make Pointific. An amalgamation of all I had and today after approx. 8 years I believe, unless you fall, you cant tell others how to stand. Often I read and find myself in books, Often I sit with team and find my youth in them, the same vigour and aggression. Approx. 22 Years of experience and I still fail to understand most. I am a peoples guy, I love that. Transparency can be given when you are with people and not behind a glass door. I have a habit of getting hands dirty and that pushes me to find out how to clean them. Since I refuse to sink, I keep floating and travelling. I can see the same thing in different ways and thats why I am mostly able to see all options, giving myself lot of choices. I like to see the multi dimensional view of everything.
