Sameer currently manages the TA function for NewGlobe's India tech center, where he is tasked with recruitment for the expanding team in the exciting space of Edtech. In the past he was the Country Head – India for the Logistics Executive Group, focusing on developing the India market for Recruitment, SCM Advisory and Consulting as well as Outplacement services. In the last 5 years he has worked in the Leadership hiring space, with CxO level hiring like CEOs, COOs, Head – SCM, Plant Heads and Sales Heads. He has recruited across industries including Automobile, Cold Chain Distribution, Packaging, Toy manufacturing, SCM Consulting, Information Technology and Express Logistics. He has worked as a Zonal Sales Head for a Project Logistics Global MNC, where he headed the West Zone, executing solutions and providing advisory to firms in multiple industries including EPC, Power, O&G and Solar industries. Sameer’s experience in the Information Technology industry spans 9 years, in which he worked with large clients across the globe. He has rich experience in consulting and developing solutions for Supply Chain, Insurance, HR and the Capital Markets industries. Sameer has worked across the globe, with long stints in countries like USA, Japan and Dubai, front ending projects, interacting with clients and leading multi-location teams.
