• Performed a need-gap analysis based on in-depth interviews with key stakeholders: NGO members, 20 potential recruiters and 83 PWDs
• Designed a digital media strategy; made pitch proposals to corporate stakeholders to achieve an 85% employment rate for 350 trainees
• Prepared a strategic roadmap for effective scaling up of the program to incorporate 4 new trades & to identify external funding sources
