Completion Date : May 2013
This project was allotted to me by Hindustan Times (HT) as a part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. We conducted Primary Research using questionnaires to find out the number of children who are not going to schools and the reasons for the same.
Once we did that, we had a final list of children who never went to schools, were dropouts and we got in touch with school authorities to admit the children in the schools. In just two weeks following the survey, we managed to enroll over 600 children in different schools all over Delhi. Now, a massive follow-up program is being carried out to track the children continuously so that they don't dropout again.
