- Boston employment centres, accessibility to radial highways) to predict housing  prices in Boston town. 
- Exploratory Data Analysis and outlier treatment using Python 
- Evaluation and predictions of model performance. 
- Implemented predictive model by applying different algorithm like linear Regression,  Random forest. 
- After an iterative model approach we concluded that Random Forest performed very  well with R-square of almost 89.50%. Then Linear Regression also showed great  results.
