BITS Pilani DigitalAI-augmented video generation
Turn documents into video lessons without booking a studio. Same instructional design, same assessment, same QA - a generated presenter instead of a studio day.
Data Structures & Algorithms - a live Board Infinity module produced with AI-generated video. Same instructional design, same checkpoints, same packaging as a studio course.
See an AI-generated lesson in your own subjectA deck, an SOP, a policy, a manual, a transcript or an existing lecture recording. No script and no studio booking needed to start.
Our ID team structures the module and a writer owns the script. AI drafts from your material; a named person decides what is accurate and what ships.
An AI presenter or a fully visual explainer, built in your brand system, with voice and language variants generated from the same approved script.
Captions, lesson notes, a checkpoint per lesson, a graded assessment, then SCORM or xAPI packaged and tested on your LMS.

Dot Product: The Math Behind Game Engines
One piece of vector maths, explained through the way game engines use it.
Short-form samples from the same production line.
Sixty-second explainers we script, produce and publish ourselves. More are added as they go out.
Three phases. One seamless partnership.
We manage the entire eLearning development lifecycle, so your faculty and experts spend their time on expertise rather than production.
Instructional design & planning
We start with clarity: learning objectives, audience and outcomes agreed before a single frame is recorded.
- Learner persona and context analysis
- Curriculum architecture and course outline
- Storyboards, scripts and engagement mapping
- Measurable learning objectives per lesson
- Interactive element planning
Content & multimedia creation
Studio-quality video with motion graphics, animation and branded visual storytelling. Your expert shows up and presents.
- Professional recording with lighting, sound and coaching
- Motion graphics and 2D animation
- Slide design and visual frameworks
- Branded templates and reusable assets
- Expert and faculty collaboration throughout
Launch, deployment & optimisation
We do not stop at delivery. Courses are launched, monitored and improved against what learners actually do.
- SCORM-compliant LMS deployment, tested
- Quizzes, assessments and interactives
- Captions, transcripts and learner notes
- Learner analytics set up and handed over
- Performance-based content refinement
Typical elapsed time from kickoff to a live programme: 6–10 weeks. Expert time required across all three phases: under a day per module.
Complete eLearning development, built around your expertise
We own the entire production pipeline, so your team spends its time on subject expertise and approvals.
Learner-centric course architecture
Before production starts we map the learner's context, define the outcomes, and structure every module so people complete it and retain what they learned.
- Learner persona mapping and context analysis
- Curriculum architecture with measurable objectives
- Storyboards and scripts - every frame planned before recording
- Pacing, module length and interaction design
Professional video and multimedia creation
Slides with a voiceover is not a course. We produce studio-quality video with motion graphics, 2D animation and branded visuals - your expert just shows up and presents.
- Studio recording with professional lighting, sound and coaching
- Motion graphics, 2D animation and visual explainers
- Branded slide design and microlearning-ready formats
- Post-production editing, captions and quality review
Engagement and learning-effectiveness tracking
See exactly where learners drop off, which modules underperform and what is driving completion. We set up the tracking and act on the data.
- Completion and drop-off analysis per module
- Quiz performance and concept-retention scoring
- Cohort dashboards for academic and business leadership
- Data-backed recommendations for content improvement
Cohort engagement, by module
Illustrative sample data, not a named client's results.
SCORM 1.2 · SCORM 2004 · xAPI packaged and completed end to end by us before handover
LMS deployment and managed delivery
We package, test and deploy your course on any LMS - SCORM-compliant, tested across browsers and devices, with managed support after launch.
- SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and xAPI packaging
- Deployment and testing on Moodle, Canvas, Coursera and more
- Post-launch managed support and content update cycles
- Quizzes, assessments and certificates integrated
Faster to launch, lighter on your experts
Instructional design is not a taste question. It shows up in how quickly a programme goes live, and in how much of your expert's calendar it costs.
The same lecture, produced two ways
One subject, one expert, two outcomes. This is the thing your learners actually open.

Five stages, one team, nothing subcontracted
Instructional design, studio, post-production and LMS engineering are all in-house. There is no agency in the middle marking up a freelancer.
- 1Structure firstEvery lesson planned and approved before a recording day is booked
- 2Guided recording sessionsIn our studio, at your campus or remotely, with more than one pass

Six standards every module meets before it ships
Process commitments, not outcome claims. They hold identically on a single pilot course and on a forty-course catalogue.

Building in-house vs partnering with Board Infinity
Most institutions underestimate what eLearning development actually requires - until they are six months in with nothing live.
Three entry points, and the first one is reversible
No minimum volume and no retainer to begin. Most clients start with a single course, because it settles the questions that matter.
No pricing on this page on purpose. A three-lesson workshop and a twelve-module programme are not the same job - fees are quoted after the first call and fixed before production starts.
Questions teams ask us most
Who owns the content you produce?
You do. Full IP transfer on delivery, including source files - project files, graphics, scripts and masters. We take no revenue share and we do not licence your course back to you.
How much of our expert's time does this actually take?
Under a day per module across the whole production: a scoping conversation, script approval, the recording session and one review pass. Everything between those points is our team's work. We are re-measuring this figure against recent projects and will publish exact hours once verified.
Do you work with individual creators, or only organisations?
Both. Institutions, EdTech platforms and corporate L&D teams are the bulk of what we produce, and we run a turnkey track for creators and independent experts - see the creators page.
Which platforms can you deploy to?
SCORM 1.2 / 2004 and xAPI packages tested on Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Coursera, Open edX, SuccessFactors, Workday and custom platforms, plus Teachable, Kajabi and your own site for creator courses. Deployment is tested before handover, not left as your problem.
Can you work with content we already have?
Yes, and it usually shortens the timeline. Recorded lectures, decks, SOPs and notes are all usable inputs. The instructional design pass restructures them, and we re-record only what genuinely needs re-recording.
What does the 71% completion figure actually measure?
The share of enrolled learners who complete all modules of a Board Infinity-produced course, averaged across our productions. The 15–25% comparison is the widely reported benchmark for self-paced online courses. Your own number depends on your cohort and how the programme is run.
Do you use AI in production?
Yes, deliberately and disclosed: AI presenters and avatars where a client wants content that refreshes without re-scheduling people, and AI-assisted editing to shorten turnaround. Instructional design, subject accuracy and quality assurance stay human-led on every project, and we tell you which modules used an AI presenter.
How is pricing structured?
A fixed project fee per course or per module set, agreed before production starts. No revenue share, no per-learner licence, no multi-year lock-in. We scope the fee after the first consultation, because a three-lesson workshop and a twelve-module programme are not the same job.
What happens if we don't like the first cut?
Review is built into the schedule rather than bolted onto the end: you approve the outline, then the script, then the first assembled lesson. Most changes get caught at script stage, which is the cheapest point to change anything. Re-recording is scoped up front for the lessons that need it.
Can you produce in Indian languages?
Yes - Hindi and the major Indian languages, with subtitled and dubbed variants built from the same master. Tell us the language list at scoping, because it changes both the script and the recording plan.
Let's build something learners finish.
Tell us what you want to produce and who it is for. You get a production plan, a timeline against your launch date and a fixed project fee - usually within three working days.
- A scoped production plan - modules, formats, studio days and the LMS target, not a generic brochure.
- A sample module in your own subject so you judge the output before committing to a catalogue.
- One accountable project lead from kickoff to launch. No handoffs between four suppliers.
