For corporate L&D teams
Turn internal knowledge into training your workforce actually completes.
SME decks, SOPs and tribal knowledge converted into structured, trackable training - studio quality, deployed on your LMS, and measured against real completion data rather than certificate counts.

AI-augmented video generation
Policy training that can be re-cut the week the rule changes. Mandatory training goes stale faster than anything else in your catalogue, and re-booking the process owner is what stops it being fixed. We produce those modules with a generated presenter, so a rule change is a re-render rather than a re-recording - with the same assessment and the same audit trail.
Data Structures & Algorithms - a live Board Infinity module produced with AI-generated video. Same instructional design, same checkpoints, same packaging as a studio course.
See an AI-generated module from one of your own policiesA deck, an SOP, a policy, a manual, a transcript or an existing lecture recording. No script and no studio booking needed to start.
Our ID team structures the module and a writer owns the script. AI drafts from your material; a named person decides what is accurate and what ships.
An AI presenter or a fully visual explainer, built in your brand system, with voice and language variants generated from the same approved script.
Captions, lesson notes, a checkpoint per lesson, a graded assessment, then SCORM or xAPI packaged and tested on your LMS.
Two complete lessons from live courses
Both are full production - script, studio, motion graphics, assessment - not showreel cuts.

Four things L&D heads tell us on the first call
Mandatory is not the same as completed, and a completion report is not the same as a capability.
The process lives in a few senior heads
Your best processes exist with people, not in programmes. Attrition takes the training material with it and the replacement hire learns by shadowing.
One structured SME interview gets it out.Compliance gets clicked through, not learned
Slide-and-voiceover training earns exactly the attention it deserves. Audit season is where that shows up.
Scenario video, checkpoints and per-question logs. There is no production muscle in-house
Production is a different profession from learning design, and a headcount request for it rarely survives a budget cycle.
An ID team, studio, motion designer and LMS engineer, without hiring any.Leadership asks what it achieved. We show attendance.
Certificate counts do not answer the question. Completion by module, drop-off points and assessment scores do.
And when data flags a weak module, rebuilding it is included. The same policy. The same SME. A module people finish.
Left is the compliance module most organisations already have. Right is what we hand over.

From an SME's head to a deployed module
Five stages. Your subject expert is needed in the first one and for one review pass at the end - everything else runs without them.
A structured SME interview - we ask the questions, they answer. No homework, no deck to write.
Storyboard, script and assessment plan, approved by the process owner before recording.
Studio or on-site recording, scenario video, motion graphics, branded to your guidelines.
SCORM/xAPI packaged and tested on your LMS - SuccessFactors, Workday, Moodle, InfyLearn or your own.
Completion, drop-off and assessment dashboards, by cohort and by module.
SME time: under a day per module - the interview, one script approval and one review pass. Nothing is asked of them in writing. We are re-measuring this figure against recent projects and will publish exact hours once verified.
Four formats, chosen by what the training has to achieve
The format follows the job. Compliance needs records, software needs replication, judgement needs scenarios - and a searchable five-minute answer beats a course nobody opens twice.
A manager handling a real escalation, not a talking head reading policy at you.
Five-minute searchable modules, so a supervisor finds the answer instead of guessing.
Checkpoints, graded assessments and audit-ready records, with feedback per option.
Cohort analytics leadership can read without an analyst - completion, drop-off, scores, by team.
What we produce most often: onboarding, compliance and policy, sales enablement, technical upskilling, leadership and soft skills, and SOP or process libraries.
Training you can put a number on
Completion by module, the exact point learners drop out, assessment scores and cohort comparisons. Not a certificate count.
- Completion and drop-off by module, so a weak module is visible instead of averaged away.
- Cohort comparisons across teams, locations and intake batches.
- Audit-ready records - assessment logs and completion timestamps, exportable.
- When the data flags a weak module, we rebuild that module. It is part of the engagement, not a change request.
Module 3 is where this cohort stalls. That is a production problem with a production fix - re-chunk the lessons, add a worked example, re-test.
Built for the conversation you have with your auditor
Compliance training is only as good as the record it leaves behind. These are the six things we produce specifically so that record holds up.
Completion timestamps
Per learner, per module, per attempt, exportable from your LMS in a format your audit team can read.
Assessment logs
Scores, attempts and per-question responses retained, so "they clicked through it" is answerable with evidence.
Sign-off trail on content
Legal and the process owner approve the script before recording. The approved version is archived with the module.
Versioned modules
When policy changes, the new version is dated and the old one archived rather than overwritten.
Accessible by default
Captions, transcripts and readable contrast on every lesson, so "we could not take it" is not a defence.
Confidential by contract
NDAs signed before we receive anything. Internal documents never become portfolio material.
Being precise: we produce the content and the records. Whether your programme satisfies a specific regulator or internal policy is a judgement your compliance team makes - we will give them everything they need to make it, and we will not tell you we are "certified" for something we are not.

Full ownership on delivery, source files included. No revenue share and no per-learner licence - so a policy tweak in eighteen months does not require a new contract with us.
Three phases. One seamless partnership.
We manage the whole lifecycle, so your SMEs give expertise and approvals rather than evenings.
Extraction, design & sign-off
A structured SME interview, then a script and assessment plan the process owner and legal approve before recording.
- Structured SME interviews - we ask, they answer
- Outcome map per module
- Storyboards and scripts
- Assessment and audit-record plan
- Legal and process-owner sign-off
Content & multimedia creation
Studio or on-site recording, scenario video where judgement is the skill, and motion graphics branded to your guidelines.
- Studio or on-site recording, guided throughout
- Scenario and role-play sessions
- Motion graphics and branded slides
- Microlearning cut-downs
- Assessment build with per-option feedback
Deployment, measurement & refresh
Packaged and tested on your LMS, then measured - and when the data flags a weak module we rebuild that module.
- SCORM / xAPI packaging, tested on your LMS
- Captions, transcripts and searchable job aids
- Completion and grading wired for audit
- Cohort dashboards by team and location
- Versioned updates when policy changes
Legal and stakeholder approvals, not production, are usually what move this date. Tell us the review chain at scoping and we build the milestones around it.
Six standards every module meets before it reaches your LMS
Process commitments, not outcome claims - they hold on one compliance module and on a forty-module academy.
Talk to the teamQuestions L&D teams ask us most
Can you deploy on our LMS?
Yes. SCORM 1.2 / 2004 and xAPI packages tested on your instance before handover - SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Moodle, InfyLearn or a custom platform. If you have no LMS, we can deploy on InfyLearn and hand you the analytics.
How much of our SME's time does this take?
Under a day per module: a structured interview where we ask the questions, one script approval and one review pass. They do not write, storyboard or edit anything. We are re-measuring this against recent projects and will publish exact hours once verified.
Will it look like our brand or yours?
Yours. Your brand guidelines drive the slide system, lower thirds, colour and typography, and Board Infinity is not credited inside the module.
What happens when a process changes?
Modules are built in a template system precisely so a change is a re-record of one lesson rather than a rebuild of the course. The new version is dated and the previous one archived, which is what your auditor will ask about. Refresh cycles can be scoped into the engagement up front.
What exactly is a sample module?
One real module produced from your own material - an SOP, a deck or a recorded session - branded to your guidelines and deployed on a test LMS with tracking live. It is free, and it exists so your stakeholders review their own content rather than a showreel.
Can you handle compliance content with legal sign-off?
Yes. Legal and the process owner sit in the script approval step, before recording, which is the cheapest point to change wording. The approved script is archived with the module, and assessment logs and completion timestamps are exportable for audit.
Do you produce in languages other than English?
Yes - Hindi and the major Indian languages, with subtitled and dubbed variants built from the same master. Tell us the language list at scoping, because it changes both the script and the recording plan.
How do you handle confidential internal material?
Non-disclosure agreements are signed before we receive anything. Internal documents stay inside the project, never become portfolio material, and we do not name clients without written permission.
Can you convert our existing instructor-led decks?
That is the most common starting point. A two-day classroom programme usually becomes six to eight modules of self-paced content plus a shorter live session, and the instructional design pass is what decides which parts stay live.
What about training that needs practice, not just watching?
Scenario and role-play video with branching decisions, plus checkpoint questions and a graded assessment. For software, cursor-accurate screencasts with a downloadable step sheet. Watching is the wrong format for a skill and we will say so at scoping.
See your own content, produced properly.
Send us one SOP, one deck or one recorded session. We produce a sample module from it - your branding, your tone, deployed on a test LMS - so the decision is about something real rather than a showreel.
- One module produced from your own material, so your stakeholders review their content rather than ours.
- Deployed on a test LMS instance with completion tracking live, so you see the reporting before you buy it.
- A rollout plan and fixed fee for the full programme, scoped after you have seen the sample.
