01 Who this is for
Engineering placement is the most measurable service we run, and the one where the numbers moved fastest.
T&P Officer
Batches that fit the timetable, with RAG dashboards naming exactly who needs intervention.
Dean / Director
One readiness number per cohort, refreshed weekly - not an invoice for sessions delivered.
Student
DSA sequenced properly, timed company mocks, and a coding library deep enough that the real test feels like practice.
Trusted by the institutions that answer for placements

Among 120+ partner institutions - including 12 IIMs, 2 IITs and 45 of the NIRF-100.

03 Test intelligence
This is the working reference our trainers prepare against - duration, format, and the score that actually converts. It is the single biggest reason company-specific prep beats generic aptitude coaching.
| Assessment | Duration | Format | The bar that converts |
|---|---|---|---|
| TCS NQT | 165 min | Cognitive (aptitude, verbal, logical) + programming-logic MCQs + 2 coding questions | Ninja: 60–70% overall or one fully correct code with high aptitude accuracy. Digital: two correct codes plus 70–80% in advanced sections. Prime: exceptional online performance plus advanced technical rounds. |
| Infosys HackWithInfy | 3 hours | 3–4 DSA problems (easy, medium, hard, complex) | L1 (₹10 LPA): one hard plus one medium. L2 (₹16 LPA): one complex plus one medium. L3 (₹21 LPA): one complex, one hard, one easy or medium. Top 100 get a direct Specialist Programmer interview. |
| AMCAT Automata (SHL) | 60 min | 2 coding problems + 7 debugging problems, in C, C++, Java, Python or C# | Bulk IT hiring: 35–45. Product companies hiring under 100 (Nokia, Amazon, Palo Alto, Deloitte, Shell): 45–55. ₹30 LPA+ roles: 60. |
| Wipro Turbo / Elite | 120–150 min | Aptitude + verbal + logical + essay + coding (2 questions) | Turbo (₹6.5 LPA) and Elite (₹4.5 LPA): 70%+ with one fully correct code, or 60–65% with strong aptitude. |
| Capgemini | 150 min | Aptitude + game-based + technical + English communication + coding | 60–70% across all rounds, or at least one fully correct code with good English and strong game-based logic. |
| Accenture | 120–150 min | Aptitude + game-based + technical + communication + coding | One correct code, clear communication and demonstrable logical reasoning. |
| LTIMindtree | 90–120 min | Aptitude + 20–30 technical MCQs + 1–2 coding questions | Bulk hiring: 35–45% overall. Technical-round shortlist: one fully working code plus 60–70% MCQ accuracy. |
| Cisco | 60–90 min | Aptitude and logical reasoning + ~23 technical MCQs (OS, DBMS, CN, OOP, DSA) + 1–2 coding problems; may include CCNA course completion and a project presentation | One full solution, or one partial plus one near-complete solution. |

Grading across all of these weights the same four things: functional correctness, test-case coverage including edge cases, time and space complexity, and how few compilation attempts it took. That is what our practice is scored on.
04 The plan

Daily rhythm: a minimum of three hours of coding and three hours of aptitude or soft skills. The product track assumes basics are in place and spends the extra time on recursion, trees, graphs and dynamic programming with multiple-approach problem solving; the service track includes a refresher and concentrates on concept clarity with selective practice.

Indore · TCS NQT
Two-year partnership from September 2023. Phase one - semester-long technical training plus a ten-day NQT bootcamp - placed 153. Phase two added DSA and competitive programming: 241. The university now entrusts training for MBA, MCA, Pharmacy, Law and Forensic Science too.
ExploreNCR · HackWithInfy + AMCAT
Three months of DSA training against AMCAT and HackWithInfy patterns for a credit-based program. 152 students in the cohort; roughly half secured Infosys interview calls. 157 offers at ₹9.5 LPA plus 77 at ₹6.5 LPA.
ExploreBangalore · Alpha cohort
Focused training for the top 200 students, targeting ₹6 LPA+ roles: 121 of 180 offers (61%) landed in that bracket, and the batch-wide ₹6 LPA+ share rose from 24% to 43%.
Explore06 The platform
Three of the screens this program runs on - the same system your placement cell reports from.

07 Credit-integrated option
Where an institution wants employability inside the degree rather than beside it, the same content maps to credits across all eight semesters.
64 credits - 56 course-theory plus 8 lab - across eight semesters. Roughly 880 theory hours plus 160 lab hours, with an additional 30 hours of aptitude and soft skills every semester (210–250 hours in total).
Semester 1 programming in C and communication; 2 object-oriented programming and system concepts; 3 data structures, DBMS and front-end; 4 algorithms, back-end and data structures II; 5 advanced DSA and software engineering; 6 advanced DSA II with a data-science or cloud elective; 7 competitive programming and company-specific problem solving; 8 capstone and internship.
500+ hours of asynchronous foundation content, 6+ live projects and 500+ coding problems across the eight semesters, plus a hackathon and capstone each academic year.
Invigilated offline exams with staggered seating and randomised question banks, MOSS plagiarism checks on code, problem variants assigned by student ID, recorded mock interviews for cross-checking, milestone vivas on projects, and a signed honour code.
Two virtual internships plus one final internship, with an industry report and viva.
Board Infinity delivers roughly a third of the program - the core, applied and career modules - with your faculty owning the rest.
