We believe that self-reflection is vital if you want to live your life by design. Just as you should review each day, week, and month, at the end of each year you should set aside a block of time to review the year and reflect on it. One of the best ways to review your year is by asking yourself questions.

Below is our conversation with coach Sivaiah Kota, an alumnus from IIM, Calcutta and currently working as AGM Distribution & Sales Support & Exports OTC at Natural Remedies Pvt Ltd. who tells us more about self-reflection

BI: The most important goal that I achieved this year was:
SK: Learned expertise in Export & Import Procedures

BI: My biggest career accomplishment was:
SK: The New Team of Export-OTC was successfully handled and able to deliver the value.

BI: These are the skills I acquired this year:

BI: Do you have any unfinished business hanging over the year?
SK: Yes, Could have given more time for the coaching. This year I will try to give more time.

BI: What is the best-case scenario for next year?
SK: Keep focusing on strategic initiatives. Set goals clearly and review them periodically to achieve them on time.

BI: What I am most grateful for this year is:
SK: I got a chance to interact with enthusiastic students from Board Infinity.

BI: I adopted this new positive habit:
SK: Emphatic listening and accepting people for what they are.
